This course brings together the science and Vedic practices that have a profound impact when practiced regularly.
Meditation means so many different things for different people. This course is designed to meet you where you are and to take your life to the next level. It is also created to give a powerful tool to be more productive at work, reduce stress, and to enjoy life to its fullest.
In this course we will explore the world of meditation and teach you a multi-level technique that shifts different areas of life.
The course comprises two parts:
- In the first one we will define meditation from a personal level and bust all the meditation myths. We will also dive into what the scientific studies discovered about meditation and explore how we can benefit from it.
- In the second part we will conduct a self-assessment to see where we are in terms of our stress levels, dive deep into all segments of the technique, practice it, and learn about mechanics of stress release.
The technique, while very simple, is a very powerful living tool.

Objective
The course teaches how 15 minutes a day of multi-level meditation can improve all areas of life. It takes you through the process of understanding the method and the science behind it. It also guides you step by step through all levels of technique so you could fully benefit from it.
