Stress Busting
The secret to thriving by optimally using your body’s three operating systems

Did you know that your body has three primary systems of operation, and that each one of these systems affects the capabilities of your brain in major ways? The ability to recognize which operating system you’re running on, and the flexibility to change systems, is essential to your health, as well as to your relationships, productivity, and happiness. Yet, most of us have little understanding of what these systems are. This short workshop will provide the basis for understanding how your body can help or hinder your success in life. This workshop is a prerequisite for the others in the series.

  • To Introduce the body’s primary operating systems and provide a practical visual framework for balancing these systems in order to reduce stress
  • Discover why busting stress at the physical level is the cornerstone of health. 
  • Understand the body’s three operating systems and how to recognize which system you are in.
  • Gain an understanding of how and why balancing these systems is essential, and an overview of how to achieve balance.
  • This is a theoretical, practical, and participatory course.
  • Lecture followed by a practical exercise that demonstrates or applies the concepts.
  • Course is delivered via Zoom.
